Patience and forgiveness is vital to peace in the house. Because I am a strong person I thrive best in a relationship where my man is stronger, but in good ways, where we both can grow and thrive and be supportive of each other.

Seeking the mind of Christ so that my actions reflect his love in all my relationships--an ongoing journey. I have been blessed with great kids, grandkids, a loving albeit distant family, a great country to explore despite the turmoil she's in, and good health to enjoy each day!

Every "Today", with all the good that's in it, and strength and courage to face any difficulty that crosses my path. Like having to get the leak fixed in the roof this week and now the hot water heater is out but you know what? It was a spectacular June-in-March day, with butterflies, birds, and beautiful blooms everywhere and I refuse to let the inconveniences steal my joy!

My heart and my brain are sometimes at odds with each other. Sometimes I need a gentle nudge to get out of an analytical and highly focused mode and get in touch with my softer creative side which I prefer and am much happier on that side of the fence!
