On a first date, I want to spend time talking and beginning the process of getting to know each other. That could be meeting for a drink, lunch, dinner or a long walk in a park---or all four!!!

I am intelligent with varied interests and can easily find humor in almost all that life sends our way. Listening and being listened to is an important value. I appreciate quiet time and respectful of others needs for same. I am not interested in pressuring or pushing a relationship, but letting it evolve at its' own pace--and following where that leads..

I believe that the right people enter your life exactly when they are supposed to. I have learned to be more accepting, open and more connected to myself. To give as easily as receive, to balance listening with talking and to always be respectful and gentle.

My family. I have 2 wonderful sons and daughter-in-laws. I am blessed with 7 grandchildren-1 granddaughter and 6 grandsons. They are my "Magnificent Seven"
I am an avid reader and also enjoy cooking for family and friends.
I am spiritual and find comfort and strength in my belief system.

Any and every day-I try to make the most of each day. There is something comforting about coming home at the end of the day, closing the door, reviewing the day looking forward to whatever the next one holds.
