I am retired on my small farm: raising appaloosas and pinot noir for making wine.
I am a relaxed type, pretty mechanical, and have a nerd side: I have been, from time to time, working on a book about a medical subject.
I'm well traveled (was a military pilot (USMC) for ten years and lived in the far east for two years. Also, I have traveled to Europe about five times.
I read more than watch TV; just never figured out how to push all the buttons of Direct TV!!!
