Introduction

A relationship..... Honesty, loyalty, respect, humor, support, love and romance, equality, a friendship and if "we" decide that is all the further it goes, that is OK too. I do not see marriage in my future, a long term relationship is a definite possibility with the right person. Travel is good, be it .... day, weekend, or extended trips. There is a lot to see in this country and enjoying it with someone is even better.

Humor..... A quick wit, laugh easily, and smile abundantly, laugh at me, at life... laughter keeps things lite.... A happy, positive person with no problem being serious when circumstances dictate. Negative people ..... not a favorite and I do avoid confrontation when possible, but willing to face things head on when needed.

Enjoy hobbies..... Photography spring-summer-fall and enjoy sewing/quilting in the winter, a creative person, one of those peeps that needs some alone time to recharge, so someone that has their own hobby would be desirable....

I am not ... A gourmet chef, but a down home cook.... NOT "high maintenance," and enjoy simple things.... Picnics by the lake, funny movies (preferably at home on the couch), country music, and spending time with family and friends, football (not a fanatic). A blue jeans and tennis shoes gal.

Not looking for someone to mold, change or shape, and would expect the same in return. Compromise, give and take is always preferable.

I have had my battle with the big "C" and won. Each day since that has been given to me, is a true gift from God. My hair is getting some silver strands now and that is awesome since I was not sure if that day would ever come. Now, very close to celebrating my 9 year anniversary of that victory. It changes the way you think, what is important, what counts, and don't sweat the small stuff.

Passionate about things I believe in: God, Family, Country, Veterans, Child suffering, Animal abuse.... Ok off the soap box! Save something for later.
