Introduction

A little about me... Awkwardly, and out of my comfort zone, I am at this site at the request of my friends so here I go ...

I try to stay in shape by swimming 2-3 times a week. I enjoy walking but sometimes forego these if there is a fair amount of yard work to be done. Occasionally I get reacquainted with the back of my 33-year old horse and saddle up for an hour’s ride. I am a country gal and you will often find me in blue jeans. Fashion isn’t important to me but I am told that I clean up well. A supportive companion/partner would be awesome and I consider giving and getting kudos as constituting a good relationship.

If I were to be described by my 2 closest friends, they would say that I am attractive, very sociable, independent, outgoing, and a hard-working woman with a positive attitude. I have a rather mechanical mind and relish learning how things work, how they are made and about businesses in general. Because of my thirst for knowledge, I ask a lot of questions and would have made a good attorney. I am inquisitive and like to learn about the world, people and things. My health is excellent and I take no meds for which I thank God - He has given me many blessings and I count them daily.


One of my life-long dreams is to visit Vienna at Christmas and waltz to Johann Strauss ... and a side trip to Rome and Florence would delightful. I LOVE to dance and go gaga over Mathis, Sinatra, some big-bands, The Platters and sounds of the 50's and 60's. I would love to go to the Fabulous Fifties Weekend in Wildwood, NJ this October.

Would like an intelligent, health-conscious man with a nice smile and a good sense of humor. Non-hunter, non-smoker. Being a handyman would be a plus. You will get an A+ if you're a good dancer too. I am a registered Republican, extremely unhappy with the party, however, I am far from being a liberal. So there you have it!
